Q: Other than the Watergate Scandal, do you believe he did a great job as president, or do you think he was horrible? Just curious for your opinions.
A: He was a good man, a good President, he was too honest though and the dirty, scummy politicians pushed him out of office; he believed in "honor" and resigned, with indignation, but for the good of the country. That is something Clinton would never have done; Clinton always put himself first and the country last. Nixon was the first to go and talk to communist China and used diplomacy to deter any threats, but everyone has conveniently forgotten that the Chinese would have attacked us if he hadn't done that. Most of the Presidents are Republican, have you noticed that? With the exception of JFK (who was a Dem but his policies were Repubican: no taxes, and ask not what the government can do for you...but what you can do for your country...that meant he didn't want government to be large or the answer to every problem; that is what Republicans are all about) so with the JFK exception, you have two very bad presidencies: Carter, a total disaster; and Clinton, who put the country on "auto-pilot" while he was running around sexually harrassing every female within sight.
