It doesn't matter WHO you're voting for. What matters is that you VOTE. I wouldn't be surprised if the figured handed to Sen. Dodd was "adjusted". In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the actual $ figure was MUCH MUCH higher, say $1 trillion or more?
A: It's approx 1 Trillion so far, about 3000 per person, but we have bigger fish to fry, there is the 10 Trillion deficit 40,000 per person and 2008 budget overrun 600 billion - 1600 per person. That makes it a debt of $44,600 for every living US soul, about 180,000 for a household with 2 adults and two kids. Since nobody knows, what else is going to come, I would make ti to a cool 200,000 debt per average US household by March 2009. By the way, McCain signed the deragulation bill he sponsored with his buddy Gramm in 1999.
