Q: Why is it that when people talk about war its always negative? Is there anything at all that's positive about any war? Is there anything positive about the war in Iraq? Why is that so many people say they are against war just so they dont sound bad? Why were there so many wars fought throughout history? If everything about war is bad, why were so many people wanting it? Please explain
A: Interesting point. War is neither good nor bad.....it is just necessary sometimes. Some said we never should have entered WWII. If we didn't, Hitler likely would have won and went on to murder tens of millions of more people. Was that war good or bad? It was bad for the people killed in it, but good for those who were spared because it was fought. Many in Iraq are happy we fight the war.
