Q: It's really not. The people who make $250,000 or more are the ones who provide the middle/lower class with jobs, they already pay 80% of the USAs taxes as it is. Businesses are gteting taxed 35% and it's frustrating to me because I can't even get a raise because of how high the taxes already are. The Boston Tea Party should be a reminder about paying high taxes and how well it goes over. So why do people think it's such a fantastic idea when clearly it is not? No, I do not get 250k a year, but the company I work for does. I make around $15k a year, which is less than you go figure! I also have a child, rent, bills just like everyone else. I have $1,200 in the bank and I pay my bills on time. It'd just be nice to be able to do a little extra sometimes instead of using all my money for bills....
A: That's easy, it's blind class envy, the dems think if we tax the heck out of our bosses , then we'll all be on the same playing field, but the truth is Hard work will get you to the field not the leaching off the backs of others, leaching off the rich hard working Americans will do nothing but damage the economy. Stay tuned for getting more screwed if the liberal wins this time around. "Tax the rich and you phuck the poor" Sorry for that last line, it just pisses me off that stupid people are in power
