A: The military is not lenient on domestic abuse by any means, but you need proof. If it is your word against his then he is probably not going to get the punishment you want. If you have a lot of well documented evidence, then you can expect some pretty stiff punishment. Why not report this to the local civilian police? Then he can be prosecuted by the civilian authorities and get in trouble at work as well.
