Does EVERYONE hate Judge Scalia?

Q: In the interview on CBS (airing right now) that is basically taking place only to scrutinize him, they introduce him as brilliant. They then try to call him out for several reasons. His answers are not satisfactory. I went into watching this with a very open mind and a lot of interest. I wanted to hear about his outrages views. I disagree with almost everything he thinks and the only thing that makes him brilliant is his ability to NOT answer questions. He's actually very unintelligent and his "confidence" is the only reason people can't see around that. Whenever you can sound smart and seem confident, the average person (most people are very stupid, no matter what their title) is going to assume you're actually making a point. This guy is a joke. Please tell me you don't support him. Ugh...they just said he was sharp...that is true. This is kind of a new approach to what I'm writing but ok, he is sharp but he's learned that being sharp is all he needs to do to make people think he's smart. He's mastered his bullshit-artist approach to everything. I hate this guy. He's on the Supreme Court by the way. I'm getting upset...

A: No, not everyone. I am reading from Alan Dershowitz's book "Supreme Injustice; How the High Court Hijacked Election 2000." One thing that Dershowitz says is "Because I like Justice Scalia as a person, I was most disappointed with his preciptious abandonment of principle in [the case of Bush v. Gore]." (Page 169.) And he also says "Even Antonin Scalia, who was a highly regarded law professor before his appointment to the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, was known more for his ideological extremes than for his scholarship." (Page 199.) I, on the other hand, if I met him in person, would treat him the same way that Moe used to treat Larry and Curly.
