A: We give our consent by operating with the laws and strictures of our government. When you are born into a society, your consent is presumed until you reach your majority. Then your behavior determines your consent. You withdraw your consent by leaving the country. You can join with others like you to try and change the government. There are many groups that you can join; these are often known as 'militias'; these groups advocate the violent overthrow of the government so I would be careful where you look for support.
