I think alot of latinos I know think Ven. is a little out there, but they are the only ones making a stand to brind Latin America to the forefront of the world, and people and other nations are starting to just listen and follow suit, these smaller countries with less ties to America will not want to miss the train on would could possible be something big. A: Bolivia and Venezuela are the laughing stock of Latin America. Their populist presidents talk a big game, but like everywhere else their economies can't function without the big corporations (see Cuba). I disagree, the major players in South America (Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Columbia) want nothing to do with Chavez or Ortegia. Even Nicarauga has realized they can't make it without the US.
