Q: in 2010 ,Gujarat will have complet its 50 years of establishment. As an individual as well as for govt. what should be done for the progress of each gujarati?
A: Gujarat will be celebrating 50 years of establishment in 2010 .The best way to celebrate 1. Connect all the villages with world class roads 2. connect all villages with micro connection with the great Narmada Channel 3. Make 40 % of villages to a village Darshan rural tourism ,a unque tourism in India for the 1st time where people will spend 2 to 3 days in a village with sufficient infrastuctures for boarding and lodging ,will watch sowing of paddy and other farmings,local sight seeing of flowra and fauna ,small hillocks,riding of cammel or cow cart ,village folk dances,village arts .This Village tourism will boost rural economy in a graet extent 4. Make citizen policing system by nominationg 5 persons from each village,district,town and 5 persons from each postal locality who will simply inform local police about any dangers .They shoul;d be paid a reasonable ammount everymonth with a small office with PC ,internet ,telephone etc 5. All educated people will spend 5 days in a village to teach the poor villagers with class room educations for which they should be paid .Only Dist Collector and Panchayat will monitor the programmes .and will accept applications from any willing persons .
