Q: Why don't you vote? I don't vote because of my logical way of thinking, which is...I don't think being persuaded by others to make you think a certain way about someone else is a smart philosophy on why you should elect a certain individual into an office to run your environment. When it comes to Presidential elections, I don't vote simply because I know it doesn't count, so it's a waste of my time. I'm just curious about other non-voters' logic. I'm talking about political voting in general, not just the current one.
A: I don't vote regularly..I am a bad citizen. I think that on some level I don't believe my vote will count either. I do however make a point of voting for President. This year is going to be a hard one for me...a young black guy paired with a white old guy and an old white guy paired with a young white woman. Both pairings are dynamic in their own right. I have to decide based on the VP choices I think. Anyway, I very rarely vote on a local level and I think I have this backwards. On a local level my vote would probably count more.
