A: Yes i think you are correct..... unless you get someone to take a swing at someone else and a vicious fight breaks out and... people and vehicles, paper, people all in a ruck-ass bubble of smoke (like a Wylie coyote cartoon of tumbling dust ness) the cops will be called and you could -if nothing else see people hauled off to jail....temporarily!?!?!?!?!?!
